Anjali began her journey in Immigration Law after earning her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Philosophy from the University of California, Riverside in 2017. She has many years of experience in employment-based and family-based practices. She predominantly focuses on immigrant visas, such as PERM, EB-1/EB-2, and EB1-A, and non-immigrant visas, such as H-1B, TN, L-1, and E-3, in the employment-based sector. She has assisted attorneys’ in preparing Adjustment of Status applications, naturalization applications, and hardship waivers (I-601 and I-601A). Her curiosity and fascination have led her to handle many successful investor visas, specifically E-2, Asylum applications, VAWA applications, U visa petitions. She hopes to continue this professional career and one day represent clients, herself, in immigration matters.
