Spanish-Speaking File Clerk/Administrative Assistant

Becker & Lee LLP seeks to hire a highly motivated Spanish-speaking File Clerk/Administrative Assistant. This is a perfect opportunity for an enthusiastic applicant who wants exposure to all areas of immigration law. Our firm’s services include family-based immigration, representing detained and non-detained clients in removal proceedings, and employment-based immigration, among others.

The ideal candidate will be extremely organized and detail-oriented. A strong ability to multi-task is also required. The applicant must possess excellent written and spoken English language skills and be fluent or highly conversant in Spanish.  An interest in immigration law is strongly preferred.

This is an entry-level position that will involve scanning, making copies, closing out case files, sorting and organizing mail, simple data entry and offering support to attorneys, receptionists and paralegals. The position could lead to additional legal work depending on the applicant’s abilities and desire.
