Premium Processing to Begin April 28, 2014 for H-1B Cap Subject Cases

On April 17, 2014 USCIS announced it will begin premium processing on April 28, 2014 for H-1B petitions subject to the fiscal year 2015 cap. In a previous announcement USCIS said that it would begin premium processing for H-1B cap cases “no later than April 28,” but now USCIS confirmed that it will not start processing premium processing cases until April 28, 2014.
